What an incredible turnout for our first-ever Crawford County Farm Bureau Celebrity Showmanship competition! Our local school celebrities stepped into the ring to test their livestock handling skills with dairy feeders, sheep, chickens, and rabbits, demonstrating impressive patience, technique and sportsmanship.
A major congratulations to Wynford’s Team Royals, Tessa Martin and Ryan Lutz, who swept the competition by winning both the overall Celebrity Showmanship title and the People’s Choice Award! Rounding out the rest of the standings were Team Eagles (Janet Parsons and Josh Schieber) in second place, Team Bucks (Megan Hiler and Molly Coleman) in third, Team Bulldogs (Jared Sowash and Mandi Sowash) in fourth, Team Tigers (Calli Bauer and Jessica Cooper) in fifth, and Team Redmen (Jon Butchko and Jenn Kohler) taking sixth.
Thank you to all of our school districts for packing the stands, Crawford County Cattleman’s Association for donating meals to our contestants, Chad Gebhardt for announcing the show, as well as the local youth exhibitors who generously loaned their livestock and coached our celebrities to make this inaugural event such a memorable success.

Crawford County Farm Bureau is sponsoring stall signs for exhibitors to display during fair week. We also provide the Reserve Champion Livestock award chair for each species.
Nominations may be made by an individual or organization in Crawford County. The inductee will be recognized at the 2026 Crawford County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting.
Sydney Stirm is the daughter of Andy and Jennifer Stirm and a recent graduate of Colonel Crawford High School.
Braden is from Richland County and a current senior at Wilmington College where he is majoring in agricultural communication with a minor in animal science.
Youth exhibitors displaying a Farm Bureau stall sign at their pen fair week will receive member-exclusive add-on money for their 2026 livestock project.
Ethan Stuckey of Bucyrus is one of 15 farmers and agribusiness professionals selected to participate in Ohio Farm Bureau’s 2025-2026 AgriPOWER Institute.
