Love Island legend's ex-fiance – who she shares baby with – dies as she pays heartfelt tribute – Irish Mirror

Love Island star Katie Salmon, 29, has announced the tragic death of her former partner, with whom she shares a young child.
Former OnlyFans model Katie shared the news on Instagram on Monday, posting a photo of her ex-fiancé Harry snuggling up to their daughter, Thaiga Dean, when she was just a baby. Alongside the heart-warming photo, she wrote: “Trying to navigate this pain. The highest highs and the lowest lows with you.”
The ITV star added: “It's so sad to know you'll never see what a beautiful little girl she is or who she will become. I hope your soul finds peace Harry,” along with a praying hands and broken heart emoji.
While Katie kept much of her life with Harry private, she announced that they were engaged in December 2021, when they lived together in Thailand. "HE ASKED ME TO BE HIS WIFE. My best friend, my twin flame, the love of my life asked me to marry him and made me the happiest girl alive,” she wrote on Instagram.

Just a few short weeks later, Katie shared another milestone announcement as she told fans that she was pregnant with their first child. Soon after, in March 2022, Katie revealed that their daughter had been born.

On Instagram, she shared: "Am officially a Mummy!!!! Had some time off in my baby bubble but figured today would be the best day to let you all know. We welcomed our beautiful baby girl into this magical world. Thaiga Dean (pronounced Tiger)
The reality TV personality gushed: "I never thought I could feel this way, am completely in love and thought I had everything in life until she came. My life is complete."

She thanked the NHS for their care and added: “And my fiancé who is just my rock, you are my dream, thank you for giving me the world. We got you forever!”
“Going back into my bubble now I’ll be back soon but right now I’m just so content being with my little family and enjoying every second of this incredible blessing. Universe thank you for the greatest gift alive. My beautiful baby daughter."

Things seemed to change for Katie in September 2022, when she wiped all traces from Harry from social media and wrote: "Everything has changed for me since having my little girl. It's been one of the hardest most beautiful journeys.
"I didn't know I had it in me to go through everything I have this year. Women are super heroes idgaf. The reward is her precious smile and health. I've settled for way less than I deserve from so many people because I never really respected who I was or what my worth is. My loyalty, love and energy is unmatched. The change has been intense yet so eye opening.”
Katie continued: "I've had to mourn someone who once was and allow for the new me to come in. If you can't respect my growth, then you don't deserve to be at our table. Changes coming for me is exciting so if your struggling know that as painful as it is, it really is here to help you evolve. Embrace and believe."
This isn’t Katie’s first heartbreaking loss, after her Love Island partner, Sophie Gradon, passed away in 2018. Katie now seems to be in a relationship with businessman Joe Rossi, 39, who is the director of a company called Life Seed Botanicals.
